Deposit Slips:
1. How many deposit slips come per book?
The number of deposit slips in a book is dependent on the number of copies your deposit slips contain. For original and duplicate deposit slips there is a total of 50 deposit slips per book. For those containing triplicate and quadruplicate there is 25 deposit slips to a book.
2. Do your multiple copy deposit slips require carbon or do you use carbonless paper?
On all deposit slips that require multiple parts we use only NCR carbonless paper for a cleaner and easier deposit slip.
3. Can I order 100 deposit slips for two different accounts to satisfy the minimum 200 quantity per order?
Unfortunately we cannot, our production process allows the best turnaround times and prices if all minimum quantities are 200 per account.

General
1. What security features help deter fraud more?
We find that a strong combination of security paper enhancements as well as printed security features provide an even approach to deter fraud. All our base stocks contain both paper security features such as chemical alteration indicators, fluorescent fibers, artificial watermarks, as well as printed features such as microprinting and safety pantograph backgrounds.
2. What is the advantage of getting my order printed through Superior Press rather than on my own with personal software?
Because Superior Press has contracted vendor relationship with banks, it ensures your checks are fully compliant with the bank specifications and MICR line requirements. Additional charges for rejected checks or incorrect imaging forms will quickly add up making those discount mail order checks much more costly then getting them done correctly through Superior Press.
3. What security features do you take on your shipping boxes?
We use fedex and ups for all our shipments. We require a signature for all packages delivered from our location. Each box is individually taped with our reinforced nylon tape clearly marked with the warning that if tampered or tape is broken to contact us immediately so that we can contact the bank of any possible wrong doing committed during the shipping process.
4. If I call in my order will you call to confirm it?
Please feel free to fax in your order to our fax line 562-948-4966. All faxed orders receive a call back from our customer service representative confirming the product requested and all applicable shipping and billing information. However, to ensure your product is printed correctly and produced in a timely fashion a mailed sample copy maybe needed for check orders. A fax check copy shrinks which causes incorrect alignment with laser checks and continuous checks. Fax copies also do not show multiple ink colors or perforations.
5. What are your credit terms?
We debit the account number printed on the forms through an ACH link with your bank. A credit card can also be billed in lieu of ACH charge to your account. Special payment terms are available but require credit approval and management approval.
